Weather Synopsis:  Strong area of low pressure will move through Kentucky today, bringing a variety of wintry precipitation, as well as breezy conditions.  Much colder air will move in later this afternoon through tonight into Sunday.  The next system will bring rain/snow to the area on Tuesday into Wednesday.

The Indiana forecast for the rest of today, breezy to windy.  Rain for areas south of I-70, changing over to snow by late this afternoon.  North, any lingering freezing rain will change over to snow.  Areas of blowing snow possible.  Snow accumulations between 3 to 6 inches, with 6 to 8 inches possible for east-central counties, and 1 to 2 inches in west-central counties.  Highs ranging from 25 in South Bend to 48 in Madison, with temperatures falling in the afternoon for areas with warmer temps.

Tonight, mostly cloudy to cloudy skies, breezy to windy, with snow mainly in the evening, snow may mix with freezing rain early for far south-central counties.  Turning much colder with lows ranging from 6 in Fort Wayne to 19 in Evansville.  Wind chills between 5 and -15.
